After being voted the "Best Unsigned Band of 1998" by the Hudson Valley AFM, the band graduated from playing coffeehouses and open mics, to playing the best venues in the region, including The Bowery Ballroom, The Towne Crier, Accoustic Cafe, SoNo Arts Celebration and Woodstock. Citing influences as diverse as Hank Williams, Dylan, David Bowie, Incredible String Band and early Pink Floyd, lead singer/songwriter Joziah Longo describes the band's music as "punk-classical-hillbilly-Floyd", defining a new genre of music, "surreal Americana". www.slambovia.com

Craig Honeycutt: Craig was the lead singer of the band "Everything" from Charlottesville, VA, who collectively sold over a half million albums, had a hit single entitled "Hooch" and ran around the country with their friends in bands such as Dave Matthews Band, Hootie and the Blowfish and Edwin McCain. Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers: "I think of myself like Seabiscut, an underdog" says songwriter Stephen Kellogg. "Not because I come from a hard place, but because I come from a very 'normal' place". However, Stephen Kellogg is a product of pure American ingenuity, blending the classic folk-rock tradition exemplfied by Fleetwood Mac or Van Morrison, with the moder-rock chops of the Counting Crows. In 2003, Kellogg and his band logge over 150 shows, from Fargo to Florida, and released full-length Bulletproof Heart in February. Check out www.stephenkellogg.com for additional information.

The Meridian Hour: www.meridianhour.com The Meridian Hour was born in Red Hook, Brooklyn in 2003. With feet in both alt-country & some kind of macabre sailor rock, The Meridian Hour offers a sound that defies categories. Upright bass, guitar, violin & percussion fuel a sound that's at once melodic & rough. Mix up Tom Waits, PJ Harvey & add Lucinda Williams. Then set on fire. In the ashes somewhere will be an indicator of what to expect from the Meridian Hour

Marc Von Em: Since the release of his debut CD in 1999, Marc Von Em has performed his brand of groove-oriented urban folk in venues large and small along the eastern seaboard. From outdoor festivals to coffee houses, from bars to ballrooms, along the way selling thousands of copies of his first recording entitled "von em". Marc's latest achievement has been the release of his well-received second studio release in 2002 entitled "FREE". This recording is a testimony to his ability to capture pure emotion in song.
