For twenty years, Ms. Lippe has served as executive
director of Earth Day New York (EDNY), a 501(c) 3 non-profit educational organization,
and more recently, was elected its President. Her
involvement with Earth Day began in December 1989 when she was hired to
organize the 20th Anniversary events in Since
1996, Earth Day New York has targeted a number of its educational campaigns to
the real estate community including six well-received Lessons Learned
publications distributed broadly throughout the industry. In addition, Ms. Lippe conceived and
coordinated several Building the Sustainable Economy Conferences in Ms.
Lippe was a founding member of the Earth Day Network and served as its first President
and as a Director from 1994 - 2006. In addition, she also serves on the Board
of Directors of the Rainforest Action Network and Earth Share Ms. Lippe's extensive public
affair's work dates back to the 1970's and illustrates a highly diverse skill
set. Highly effective at popularizing
social issues through the arts and media, Ms. Lippe developed and ran a
celebrity clearinghouse from 1981?1986, was the National Director of the
Musicians United for Safe Energy (MUSE) Foundation from 1979?1981 and organized
two public anti-nuclear demonstrations in 1979 in Pamela Lippe is also President of e4, inc. She has 14 years experience as a green
building consultant and over 35 years in the environmental and communications
fields. She was the environmental consultant to The Durst Organization on
the first “green” skyscraper built in the e4, inc.

Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating

TIAA CREF and many other building owner/developers. e4, inc. was hired to assist the NYC
Department of Design & Construction evaluate the use of LEED for Existing
Buildings on City properties by exploring a LEED Existing Building rating for
the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the Bird House Administration Building at the
Bronx Zoo and the Flushing Library.
